We ship our products worldwide.

For order value over 70 euro, we provide free shipping. For orders under 70 euros, it depends on the destination.

It takes between 7 and 10 business days to ship.

Please send us an email to contact@cheek-cheek.com or contact us via our social media within 14 days after ordering. We will then provide you with the correct instruction by email. As soon as the item has been returned in the original packaging, we will credit the amount to you. Costs incurred for the return will not be reimbursed.

Most of our rings are adjustable. It’s mentioned in the description, if not the size will be mentioned.

For any quality problem of jewel, you have 45 days to reclaim, and we will send you a new one.

-Avoid direct contact with perfume, body lotion or other chemicals.

-Remove jewel while taking a shower or swimming.

-Clean the pieces after use and occasionally wipe with a soft cloth.

-Store in a dry and cool place

-Remove before doing exercice.
